Contract -Avionics Installer Savannah, GA
Shifts Available: First: (5-3:30pm), Second: (3pm-1:30 am), Third (6pm-6:30 am), Weekend Days (5:30-4pm) , Weekend Nights: (Friday-Sun 1pm-1am),
Pay Rate: $25.66-32.19
Unique Skills:
The position is in the Intergration Department which is responsible for final assembly of cabinets that includes removal/installation of avionics electrical and plumbing components , fabrication of wire harnesses, installation , termination and functional tests of electrical/plumbing systems in furniture.
Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two (2) years related work experience required or, an avionics certificate from an accredited school and (1) year of related work experience. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Position Purpose :
Under minimal supervision, assists in the removal/installation of avionics electrical components, fabrication of wire harnesses, installations, terminations, ring-out, and functional tests of avionics/electrical systems.
