Job Title: Commercial Financing Consultant
Location: Columbia, MO (Hybrid) or Fully Remote for Territories Outside MO
Salary: $50,000 Base Salary with Generous Incentives and Commission
Number of Positions Available: 4
We are currently in search of a dynamic and driven Commercial Financing Consultant. As a pivotal team member, you will spearhead the identification of new business prospects, cultivate lasting relationships with commercial clientele, and tailor financing solutions that perfectly align with their unique requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, coupled with a robust background in finance and sales, enabling them to adeptly navigate intricate financial landscapes while propelling revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector through a combination of networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough preliminary financial analyses to gain insight into client needs, financial standing, and borrowing prerequisites.
- Devise and present bespoke financing proposals that harmonize with client objectives and our organization's suite of offerings.
- Cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships, ensuring an unparalleled level of service and satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, collaborating closely with internal teams to facilitate the seamless loan approval and funding process.
- Remain abreast of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and regulatory shifts that could impact clients or our portfolio of products and services.
- Act as a representative of the firm at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking functions to bolster brand visibility and cultivate potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, spotlighting our firm's capabilities and innovative solutions.
- Meet and surpass predetermined sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable track record of success in external sales roles within the commercial financing, banking, or analogous financial services sectors.
- Profound comprehension of commercial lending products, encompassing loans, lines of credit, and alternative financing avenues.
- Exceptional prowess in analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Superlative interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building enduring relationships with clients and collaborators.
- Capacity to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and travel as necessary to engage with clients and prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and financial analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
