Inventory & Shipping/Receiving Clerk
This is a full-time non-exempt benefited manufacturing operator position for a company that manufactures Class II and Class III medical devices and products.

Essential Job Functions:
- Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties.
- Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
- Follows shipping practices and procedures and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
- Receives incoming materials according to company guidelines and prepares materials and finished goods for shipment.
- Packs/unpacks or wraps/unwraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents according to company guidelines.
- Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, consumables, and other materials used in the engineering and manufacturing processes at the company.
- Ensure expired and short-dated units are identified, segregated, returned, and exchanged for longer-dated units in alignment with company processes and procedures.
- Assist in the lot kitting process for production and manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Quality Management System guidelines.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse and/or shipping & receiving role.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and write English and must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp visual alertness.
- Fine motor skills (handling of very small, delicate items).
- Basic math skills (additions/subtraction).
- Experience working with manufacturing-based technology processes and principles preferred.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, bend or move up to 40 pounds.
Compensation:
- $20 - 24 Hourly Depending Upon Qualifications
