Responsibilities - Business Development: Build and grow your agency by developing and implementing effective business strategies.
- Sales and Customer Service: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners to drive customer loyalty and referrals.
- Insurance Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations to deliver accurate and relevant advice.
Requirements - Entrepreneurship: Previous experience in running a business or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote insurance products and close deals.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and business partners.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Leadership Abilities: Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations is preferred but not required.
Licensing and Training
- Property, Casualty, Life and Health licenses prior to agent appointment.
- Training through our award winning/industry leading University of Farmers® training program.
