Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service with all interactions with our merchants, sales partners, staff, and outside resources.
- Actively monitor assigned accounts as well as provide timely updates and reporting.
- Field incoming calls, email, and tickets.
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to assist and help address the following concerns:
- Any/all interactions with merchant's attorney, notating account, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines.
- Assist with the creation of various litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research, when necessary, with guidance from Legal Department.
Qualifications: - Self-starter that requires little supervision to perform daily job functions.
- Must have capacity to maintain professionalism while deescalating even the most complex of issues.
- Must be capable of assisting with developing new policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to organize, track, and maintain a multitude of issues at any given time.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- High level of dedication to becoming an expert in all of Shift4's products and services.
- Bilingual is a plus; however, is not necessary.
- Must be flexible with your shift if deemed necessary to address a situation outside of EST.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position.
