Personal Service Coordinator

35 hours per week / $24.00 per hour

(The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.)

Summary: Under the supervision of Program Manager the Personal Service Coordinator (PSC) is required to provide support to the daily operation of the Opportunity Center which provides access to basic services as well as Harm reduction, harm reduction safety classes, sex safety tools, information and referrals, short-term case management for supportive services and case management to homelessness individuals in Opportunity Center who are experiencing homeless, substance use challenges, and engaging in sex work by utilizing motivational interviewing, harm reduction practice modalities. Provides linkages to employment, housing, crisis housing, Mobil clinic, case management, document support, that supports member’s barriers and needs.
