Financial Analyst 13202 (H)
A leading professional networking company is seeking a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be hands-on, respond to reporting/analytics requests, manage integrations and work independently but closely with the functional Finance partners. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience in FP&A and related experience working with financial planning systems. The company offers a great work environment!
Financial Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $75-$95 (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)

- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Act as the Oracle Cloud EPM FP&A system analyst.
- Manage data and metadata maintenance, provide end-user support, lead end-user trainings, interface with the Enterprise Engineering Application team.
- Maintain internal documentation for system processes, new models, enhancements and training.
- Develop process improvements with focus on optimizing use of Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Provide guidance to Finance team members on the best practices and use of financial systems.
- Work closely with Finance to understand system needs and open technical support tickets to triage issues when necessary.
- Support on-going enhancements and implementations of new Oracle Cloud EPM models.
- Act as an advocate for Oracle Cloud EPM planning and reporting tools.
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in FP&A and related experience working with financial planning systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related area.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion.
- Experience supporting end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
- Understanding of end-to-end FP&A processes.
- Strong attention to detail and keen focus on providing a positive end-user experience.
- Motivated self-starter who is resourceful and has a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of ERP and Financial Planning software and ability to operate as the SME on Financial Systems.
