Job description

Evolve Health Care Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate opportunity to support an exclusive post acute short and long term care rehab community in Chio, CA. In this role the selected candidate will provide treatment to residents located within the community.on a full time 13 week contract basis, with the possibility to extend.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 year of Rehab/LTC experience
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Valid CA license/certification
• Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation
• Must be current on basic technology, including entire Microsoft Office Suite, and other office technologies.
• Solid ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information. Position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills
