JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are working with a CPG supplier in the confection category. They are looking to hire a CPG Sales Finance Controller.
• Location: Freeport, NY (hybrid schedule)
• Reports to the VP, Finance
• Responsible for: Financial reporting, year-end audited financial statements, manage standard costing and inventory accounting systems
• Must have a cost accounting background withing the CPG or manufacturing industry
• Understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
• Understanding of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
• Experience implementing a new ERP system
• CPA or CA is preferred
