Role Overview
Coupang is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth Analytics team. This team drives growth across all Coupang’s business lines via deep-dive, complex analytics and data science. The Growth Analytics team uses sophisticated analytics and techniques to thoroughly understand how to deliver operational excellence and a world-class customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of analysis experience and a graduate-level education. This person will work directly with senior leaders, marketing operations, engineering, and business leaders from across the organization. Eagerness to learn and a desire to generate outsized returns are a plus.

Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $115,920/year in our lowest geographic market to $222,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
