An OB program director opportunity is now available in beautiful southern California. The director of the program will oversees all the physicians at this location. It is about 90% clinical and 10% administrative. There is additional pay to cover the leadership responsibilities. The facility has well-equipped labor, delivery, and recovery suites. You will operate in a well-paced level II NICU. The hospital has in-house anesthesia coverage. Total hospital deliveries will average 322 a month. The incoming physician can expect 40 deliveries a month, but you will also have other patient encounters. The incoming physician has the option of working 12- or 24-hour shifts. This hospital-employed opportunity has a competitive hourly rate. You will be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation/PTO, CME allowance, a retirement plan, and malpractice with tail coverage.
