The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time Vice President of Recruiting & Operations   position in Tampa Bay, FL filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum Staffing business everyday by directing the design, development and execution of the sales, recruiting strategy, and operations of FrankCrum Staffing.

  1. Directs Recruiting and operations including oversight of personnel, policies, and procedures of five branches by coaching, motivating, and training to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures as well as Federal, state, and local regulations (i.e. DOL, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, HR, Legal, Account Management System, EEOC, ADA, etc.).
  2. Builds the infrastructure to support the growth of the organization, including staff, systems, and appropriate recruiting metrics.
  3. Oversees recruiters who source, interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill job openings.
  4. Confers with ownership to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies and to coordinate functions.
  5. Prepares and analyzes department reports concerning recruitments, interviews, and hires.
  6. Maintains complete and accurate documentation of all branch activities.
  7. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs & volume potential.
  8. Develops and presents recommendations for improvement of organization’s recruitment policies, processes, and practices.
  9. Represents company at industry association meetings to promote product.
  10. Acts as liaison with other FrankCrum business partners.
  11. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform with and participate in the budgetary process.
  12. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the recruiting team’s growth and output.
  13. Acts as liaison between recruiting and other departments.
  14. Participates in product research and development.
  15. Reviews and prepares bids.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of business-to-business sales, as well as company services and products. Bachelor’s degree required. Five (5) years of staffing industry or related sales experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
