IT Project Manager (Hybrid)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will lead multiple projects in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Manager:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor or Associate s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or other job related field Highly Desired
- 5 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 2 years of experience leading two or more concurrent project teams
- Must have Software Application Project Management experience
- Must have experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Must have experience with MS Office and MS Project
- PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:
- Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation
- Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations
- Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation
Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Columbia, SC.
