Salary Range: NA-45.46/hour (based on education and experience)
(shift and weekend differentials available)
Permanent Placement Fee: 18%
Norman Regional Health System's Charge Nurse (Med/Surg, Telemetry) on the Ortho Unit cares for a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions requiring exceptional care. This unit is a 28 bed Surgical Telemetry Unit and is a fast paced, post-surgical floor, where we specialize in the care of patients following surgery. Our primary patient mix includes General, Bariatric and Neurosurgical services. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we accomplish this by combining proven nursing techniques, extensive post-surgical knowledge and top tier education and teamwork. We utilize our Norman Regional's core values of Integrity, Communication, Attitude, Results, and Engagement to not only provide excellent care to our patients and their families, but to maintain a culture of respect and safety while promoting teamwork as healthcare professionals.
