Job description

- Job Title: DC Team Member Outbound
- Job Type: Contractor
- Pay Rate: USD 17.30 - 17.54 per hour
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm MST
- Key Skills Required: Proficient computer skills
- Preferred Skills: Certified Forklift Operator, Pallet Jack Certification
- Job Location: Southaven, Mississippi
- Job Responsibilities: Fulfilling and shipping customer orders, meeting KPIs, pulling products accurately from stock, ensuring orders are filled correctly, packing products safely and economically, ensuring products ship according to regulations, maintaining accurate manifest documents
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, preferably with 6 months of warehouse or production experience, reliable and punctual, ability to work well in a team, basic English and math comprehension, willingness to operate material handling equipment
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport 30-70 pounds, ability to stand and walk on concrete for the duration of the shift, ability to work in a cooler environment of 35-46 degrees F, flexibility to work mandatory overtime hours as needed.
