Director of Demand Generation
Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $150,000 base salary plus $20,000 bonus
About the Role: Our client is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel multi-channel campaigns for a variety of growth marketing tactics and channels including email, website, paid advertising, SEO, online reviews, field marketing, and industry publications. You will oversee the Demand Generation team to drive quality lead volume and revenue through inbound and outbound marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage GTM strategy for a SaaS organization or financial services institution supporting aggressive revenue growth.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans, collaborating with external subcontractors.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning in the Design-Build industry through collaborative efforts.
- Identify challenges and emerging issues, define strategies, and execute appropriate solutions.
- Frame essential elements of messaging and value proposition to establish market and thought leadership.
- Serve as marketing and communications subject matter expert internally and externally.
- Oversee development of all communications including marketing collateral, electronic communications, website content, event materials, and digital and social media.
- Develop event strategy prioritizing conferences with speaking opportunities for customers.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department including budgeting, planning, and staff development.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications.
- Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
- Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a marketing team.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years experience in marketing and communications.
- Marketing experience across different disciplines such as public relations, advertising, and digital media desired.
