We have partnered with one of the largest Health Systems in the country on Director level position within their Accounting and Finance team. With operations across the country, this organization is growing rapidly with no end in sight. Not only is their mission to provide the best healthcare services to their patients, they are also working furiously to improve the efficiency of their internal teams and collaboration across their multiple entities.
This
Director of Accounting and Finance will be instrumental in helping streamline best practices, systems and standard operating procedures as they continue their tremendous growth. The Director will work individual alongside the Vice President of Finance to assist with business transformation efforts related to their GL and ERP system implementations. In an effort to dramatically improve collaboration, growth and efficiency, our client has multiple transformations happening simultaneously and is in need of adding top talent to their team.
Director of Accounting and Finance Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation support including site readiness, cutover and post implementation support for new ERP
- Strong functional understanding of accounting and finance in order to lead testing and implementation of general ledger business processes
- Lead design of forecasting and budgeting business processes
- Lead integration work of transaction and data from applications out of the ERP and sub ledger accounting systems
- Create deliverables to be presented to business transformation and ERP implementation working groups
- Develop effective working relationships with the full business transformation and ERP implementation project team, including members representing other functional areas, and subject matter experts
Director of Accounting and Finance Requirements:
- Strong, functional understanding of accounting and finance operations
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with detail oriented and data driven mindset
- Strong time and project management skills
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field
