Job description
Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides research support services to consultants for client-related projects, proposals, and business development activities. Additional administrative responsibilities include scheduling, note-taking, answering phones, and meeting preparation. There is a monthly billable target expectation with this position.
Work Performed
Education/Training
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Public Health, or related discipline is required. Work experience equivalent will be considered. Master’s degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred.
Experience
At least 1-3 years of prior experience in healthcare and/or human services including, but not limited to policy,
administration, operations, compliance, research, or evaluation. Technical writing experience is desired. Strong
proficiencies with MS Office applications and Sharepoint are preferred.

Computer, printer, copier, scanner, fax, telephone, web conferencing, video conferencing.
Working Conditions
Work is sedentary in nature and performed in an office environment. May require travel at times (~10%). Involves
frequent contact with staff and clients. Work may be stressful at times.
Physical/Mental Demands
Work requires hand dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, climbing, and bending to files and supplies; mobility
to complete errands; stand/sit for up to eight hours each day; ability to communicate clearly when using the telephone;
requires sitting; standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and twisting at times; moderate levels of stress.
