Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Full-Stack Software Developer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing custom technology solutions to address our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Needs Analysis:
Analyze and assess team member requests for new or modified programming solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and formulate effective solutions.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure alignment with team goals and objectives.

2. Development:
Design, develop, and maintain database schemas.
Develop both back-end code and front-end UI/UX based on business and system requirements.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough planning, organization, and time management.
Strive to provide simple and intuitive solutions that prioritize user experience.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and relevance of programs.

3. Project Completion:
Document solutions for training purposes and future reference.
Thoroughly document program development, logic, coding, and updates.
Conduct training sessions and application demos for both small and large groups.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, including web-related languages and SQL. Experience with MS-365 development is a plus.
Experience with ERP software, e-commerce platforms, and cloud service providers.
Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site with limited remote-work allowances.
