Job description

Position Summary:

Rutgers School of Public Health ( SPH ) is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Rutgers School of Public Health ( SPH ). 

Principal Investigator, Dr. Lan Luo, is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant with strong computing and quantitative skills to manage and analyze DNA methylation datasets. The Assistant will assist with research projects related to conformal prediction and transfer learning in high-dimensional penalized regression models. The primary responsibility will be performing data management and statistical analyses of datasets with large numbers of observations and predictors. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a student interested in developing expertise in both methodological and applied research in statistics/biostatistics.
