$3,500 Hiring Bonus | Relocation Assistance | 8 and 12-hour shifts | 32-80 hours per 2-week period | Applying to this posting will allow us to consider you for a variety of RN opportunities within the Neuroscience Spine Unit at the St Cloud Hospital.
Find your purpose as a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience/Spine Unit. Our 45-bed unit consists of 8 Neuro Progressive Care Unit beds and 37 general neuroscience patient rooms. We treat patients who have had Neurosurgical, Neuro-interventional, and Neuro-medical diseases and disorders. In addition, we serve stroke, seizure, multiple trauma, and traumatic brain injury patients. As a step-down ICU and Neuro unit, no two days are alike. Awarded certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center based on our strong commitment to provide evidence-based, quality stroke care. Our staff practice within the team nursing model and consider teamwork our greatest strength in providing safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Schedule:
- We offer a variety of 8 and 12-hour schedules with various weekend rotations, and rotating holidays.
- To support your personal and professional life, we offer self-scheduling with a variety of weekend patterns to choose from
- Positions ranging from 32-80 hours per 2-week period.
Pay/Incentives:
- Starting pay for ADN $36.83. BSN $37.75, MSN $38.69, however we pay more for experience.
- $3,500 Hiring bonus
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials
- $5,000 Relocation assistance
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in MN.
- BSN or MSN preferred; BSN required within three years.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.

To be eligible for the Hiring Bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
To be eligible for Relocation Assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Paid out less taxes.
