Position Summary:

The Operations Market Trainer deploys and facilitates operations training and program initiatives as part of the Business Training team . This position will establish strong cross-functional relationships within the company and drive alignment and improvement in employee performance through deploying effective training solutions.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:  

• Facilitate the deployment of functional development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees
• Assess the execution of training programs for accuracy & quality and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
• Provide support, mentorship, training, and guidance to field-based employees in one-on-one as well as group settings
• Conduct training that motivates, provides resources, and improves individual's overall performance and contribution to their roles
• Address current organizational learning needs by deploying training, building partnerships, and gathering input from key organizational stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying the success and opportunities for training and program initiatives within the business units, programs, and offerings
• Employ effective coaching methodologies to analyze and diagnose performance gaps
• Drive training and learning data used for continuous improvement through deployment of new training programs
• Participate on project teams and assist with vendor relationships
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience
• Direct experience in individual and group training and facilitation
• Experience in beverage industry operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite software
• Ability to travel 45 - 65%
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A proven track record of training program deployment and facilitation
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Relevant training and coaching experience
