Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the platform meets the needs of our organization and helps streamline our processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Administration:

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.

- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform.

  1. Incident and Problem Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand incident and problem management processes and configure ServiceNow accordingly.

- Monitor incident and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.

- Continuously improve incident and problem management processes based on feedback and analysis.

  1. Change Management:

- Implement and maintain change management processes within ServiceNow.

- Coordinate with various teams to assess change requests, schedule changes, and minimize disruptions.

- Ensure proper documentation and communication of all changes.

  1. Service Catalog Management:

- Develop and maintain the service catalog in ServiceNow, including service offerings, request forms, and workflows.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new catalog items and enhancements.

- Regularly review and optimize the service catalog for usability and efficiency.

  1. Reporting and Analytics:

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into ServiceNow usage, performance, and trends.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

- Provide regular updates and recommendations to management based on analytical findings.

  1. Integration and Automation:

- Configure and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable seamless data exchange.

- Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

- Troubleshoot integration and automation issues as they arise.

  1. Training and Documentation:

- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.

- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.

- Keep abreast of new ServiceNow features and functionalities and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.

- Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
