DESCRIPTION OF WORK Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them with participating in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Through this day-to-day contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of life by assisting in providing the best possible care.
This position is a starting step to a Nurse Aide position. Upon completion of a training course and successfully passing the competency exam, the classroom course, and an orientation program, you would promote into a Nurse Aide position.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: - Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are vary, and schedule adjustments will occur to accommodate schooling.
- First Shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM); rotating days and weekends
- Second Shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM); rotating days and weekends
- Third Shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM); rotating days and weekends
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: - There are no minimum experience and training requirements for this job title.
Legal Requirements: - A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
