Responsibilities
KBW Financial has partnered with a global SaaS company to identify a Director of FP&A. Reporting to the VP - this role is responsible for annual planning and forecasting, and drives reporting for financial and operational KPIs. This is an ideal opportunity for a SaaS finance professional looking for a greater challenge and opportunity to manage a small team. Additional details include:
- Manage the company's planning processes to achieve company strategy
- Business partner to align business, operational and financial planning
- Deliver financial models; Support / lead M&A due diligence and integration efforts for finance
- Provide deeper insights that will help business partners make smarter decisions
- Enhance financial systems and business processes
- Lead the annual financial planning process
- Drive the company forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses
- Lead, monitor and update budgeting/forecasting across all departments
- Lead the preparation of materials for board meetings
- Oversee Company's consolidated monthly/quarterly budget vs actual variance analysis
Requirements - Degree in finance or related - MBA a plus
- 8+ years relevant FP&A experience in a global company
- Software / SaaS experience
- Experience providing leadership for an earlier stage, high growth company
- Experience with SaaS business model and key metrics
- Strong business partnering skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strategic planning, modeling and data analytics
- Management experience
