Job description
Technical Sales Engineer| With direct Combustion Engineering experience | $100,000 to $110,000 Base Salary + Incentives + Bonuses = $150,000 to $160,000 total package with Exceptional Benefits.
An industrial engineering company that specializes in industrial process equipment and systems for the metals industry is now expanding their team. In this role you will consult with the end user, sales, vendors and all aspects of internal and external stakeholders, you will assess the feasibility, value-add to the customer, and deliverability, to develop and execute the overall sales strategy.
Candidates need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Materials Science and at least five years' experience in technical B to B sales for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and firsthand experience with industrial furnace systems (Melting, heat-treating, or Annealing) for primary metals like steel, aluminum, brass, copper, etc. or glass. Clear & professional communication skills and the ability to travel up to 50% are required.
The exceptional candidate will have an advanced degree such as an MBA, and have sold capital projects or industrial machinery systems to Fortune 1000 manufacturers in the automotive, rail, aerospace, primary metals, and electronics industries, with highly influential, executive communication abilities.
