- Performs Park maintenance for JCPRD sports fields, including baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. This position also performs building maintenance as applicable. Responsible for maintaining all outdoor fields and indoor courts at a level of excellence to ensure safe play and patron satisfaction.
- Maintenance duties include mowing, trimming, weeding, trash collection, snow removal, cleaning of grounds, picnic areas and restrooms.
- Performs setup and light duty maintenance at Okun Fieldhouse and Mid America West Sports Complex on evening and weekends in an exciting sports environment. Okun Fieldhouse host a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball and futsal.
- Duties would include rooms and sports equipment setup, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and other light duties.
Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Flexible work hours are available every weeknight (M-F) from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm and on the weekends from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm. Some Holiday staffing is needed.

- JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
