Job description
The Yolo County Innovation and Technology Services Department is recruiting to fill one (1) regular, full-time Systems Software Specialist I/II position. The selected candidate will be placed at either the Systems Software Specialist I or II level depending on their qualifications and experience. The combined annual salary range for both levels is $94,286 - $125,986 .
As a Systems Software Specialist, the incumbent will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our county’s business systems software infrastructure. The incumbent will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of software systems.

Systems Software Specialist I
Experience: Three (3) years experience configuring, installing, upgrading, maintaining, diagnosing, analyzing and resolving problems relating to network software systems.
Systems Software Specialist II
Experience: Four (4) years of experience configuring, installing, upgrading, maintaining, diagnosing, analyzing and resolving problems relating to network software systems.
Background Requirements
Incumbents in this class may have access to Federal Tax Information and are subject to confidentiality and safeguarding requirements of Internal Revenue Code 6103(p)(4). As such, an individual selected for this position is subject to a thorough background investigation as stipulated in Section 5.1.1 of Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075, which includes the following:

License
