Grand Rapids, MI Breast Imaging MD/DO
University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, fellowship trained breast imaging physician. High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply to join our employed team of radiologists to expand and provide care to local communities. Michigan Medicine and University of Michigan Health systems create an opportunity for program collaboration, mentorship, and research if desired.
Candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.
OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
Comprehensive; subspecialized employed radiology service line of 20+ providers
Ability to work closely with a partnering team of specialists encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital-based service lines
AI Technology Capabilities
Expanding Cancer Network of West Michigan
Expanding Comprehensive Breast Center and Women s Health Center of Excellence
Screening and Diagnostic capabilities with updated protocols and workflows
ACR Accredited
Full-time; Monday Friday (8-hour shifts)
No call requirement
At least a 6-month commitment for Locums Additional information:Do you know how many patients per day our doctors can expect?
Are there any procedures required? If so which ones? Biopsies volume TBD
Credentialing Timeline: 120 days from time of confirmation
