Your Role: As our Director of Human Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy. Your mission: to create an environment where our employees are the heart of our mission. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and excellence.
What You'll Do: - Develop and drive HR strategies that align with our organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing Human Resources team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR operations by compiling and analyzing data and producing reports on Human Resource metrics, including DEI-related metrics.
- Attract, retain, and empower talented professionals who are passionate about our cause.
- Cultivate an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equality, with a strong commitment to Diversity, Belonging, Equity, and Inclusion (DBEI) initiatives.
- Champion the performance management process across the organization and support all levels of leadership with comprehensive employee relation strategies.
- Administer Crystal Springs' benefit program and campaigns including open enrollment and benefit fairs.
- Enhance training and development programs to support personal and professional growth.
- Implement robust employee engagement initiatives to ensure our team thrives.
- Champion a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and standards at state and federal levels.

Requirements: - Master's degree in human resources or equivalent preferred; or a Bachelor's degree, five years of related work experience in a not-for-profit organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional certification in human resources preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit and healthcare settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel off-site for job fairs and training opportunities.
Schedule: This is a full time 40 hours per week position with flexibility and 24 hour on call.

The salary range for this position is $93,600 to $107,120 based on education and experience with additional retention pay of $200.00 per pay period through June 30, 2024.
