11P-7A RN SUPERVISOR

M-F

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices with the Facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitation needs of the residents.

DUTIES

Perform various duties to provide quality care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning and to coordinate total nursing care for the residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

Maintains a current, valid License as a registered nurse in good standing. Must have great leadership skills. Must have current CPR certification.
