Business Development Resources (BDR) is the premier provider of business training and coaching services to HVAC contractors. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Hours: 6:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, OT when necessary

Location: Hybrid position that must be commutable to SeaTac

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 /hr depending on experience

Primary Job Function:

Manage incoming revenue, keep client account information up to date, and generate and post invoices as needed. Soft collections as necessary to collect past due accounts. Post bank and credit card receipts.

Daily Duties:

• Generate all invoicing, which includes preparing class billing for training, on-site, BDRU events, and travel expenses
• Reconcile and post bank deposits and credit card receipts
• Monitor credit card authorization, obtain new information as needed, and complete credit card transactions on web-based software
• Manage collections and create and update collection reports using aging summary
• Maintaining billing and agreement folders
• Tracking and processing payment plans for BDRU events and on-site
• Reconcile Training Deposit, Event Savings account balances, and create monthly reoccurring billing
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly ACH transactions with backup for processing by the Accountant
• Update and maintain PC, SPC, and Archive Logs
• Reconcile PC billings with D365
• Create and maintain expense and payout verification worksheet
• Assist CFO and Accountant with projects and other duties as assigned
