Title of Job Position: Church Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Description: City Alliance Church is looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves God's people, and thrives on the details of everyday ministry to help staff and volunteers accomplish the mission of joining with Christ to transform the Williamsport region with the gospel for the glory of God and the good of the City.

The Church Administrator proactively supports the core values, mission, vision, and various ministries of City Alliance by handling the administration of the church, proper building use, and managing finances by dealing with receipts, budgets, and paying bills. The Church Administrator also assists the Lead Pastor in focusing on the top priorities that impact the mission and vision of City Alliance Church.

Qualifications: The Church Administrator is not only task and mission-driven but also has high emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable connecting with a variety of personality types.

The ideal candidate:

• Is faithful, available, and teachable.
• A servant leader that balances loving people and accomplishing the mission.
• Thrives in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Values collaboration with others.
• Can be flexible in dealing with the multi-faceted needs of a growing church.

Church History: City Alliance Church is almost 10 years old. The church was planted as a portable location. In 2015, the church merged with an established Baptist church, allowing City Alliance to have their own building. The building is 200 years old and a piece of the established history of Williamsport. The vision of City Alliance Church is to transform Williamsport with the gospel of Jesus Christ for the glory of God and the good of the city.
