SUMMARY OF POSITION
The ShurSEAL Coordinator schedules production activities for the build-to-order process balancing the open order work log with our customer’s needs. This position works closely with the Assembly & Logistics Technicians. Provides support to the Shurtape marketing group, distributors, user customers and outside sales representatives related to packaging systems; schedules production, handles/expedites sales orders, shipments, sample requisitions, and sales aids with the objective of maintaining sound customer relationships. Maintains oversight of received used automated equipment and manages serial number tracking within SAP to ensure proper inventory allocation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma (or GED).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- Ability to work with minimum of supervision.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Basic Microsoft Outlook working knowledge (Excel).
- Works flexible hours as needed or required.
- Hybrid work schedule.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment. Many duties listed above are time-sensitive and have strict deadlines for completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prioritize and balances build-to-order tasks based on “needed date” and workload to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Verifies agreement information for completeness and accuracy and coordinates with Territory Sales Managers to remedy inconsistencies.
- Enters consignment orders for demos and agreements - process changes into SAP (additions, deletions, ship date, & instructions, etc).
- Receive and enter ShurSEAL part orders in SAP, prepare and coordinate part shipment, and consume inventory.
- Processes and maintains Proof of Delivery information on existing equipment contracts.
- Coordinates monthly communications related to Proof of Delivery process with distributors.
- Maintains accurate compliance records and prepares agreement compliance reports as necessary.
- Manages Return Material Authorization (RMA) including: Creation of RMA’s in SAP, coordination of logistics, physical receipt of equipment, serial number matching to agreement for inventory tracking in SAP, grading the condition of returned equipment to determine best allocation (block or inventory).
- Assists in scheduling of packaging personnel related to necessary travel for upcoming demonstration, customer audits, installations, after market service calls.
- Assist Territory Sales Managers and packaging team with maintaining accurate Business to Business portal records.
- Serves as back up to ShurSEAL Assembly/Logistics Technician.
- First point of contact for “self-servicing” customer.
- Customer Sales Representative support for Packaging National Sales Representative.
- Handles calls & correspondence pertaining to servicing/inquiries from customers or representatives as directed; includes, but not limited to, order status, inventory, or pricing questions, and credit or carrier issues.
- Provides general product, application, and technical support to Territory Sales Managers, distributors, and end users.
- Acts as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Purchasing and customers as needed to service general inquiries.
- Processes and files sample requisitions as assigned.
- Handles customer inquiries or owns the issue until able to help the customer get the answer from the appropriate source.
- Enters GIMS requests for new item creation or item changes as needed.
- Performs customer master creation (Sold-to and Ship-to) as assigned.
- Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe build-to-order work area. Disposal of waste in office environment.
- Updates and maintains account information to our internal knowledgebase.
- Participates and contributes to department goals towards cost savings, supplier performance, and quality as measured by KPI’s.
