Overview:

Are you passionate about shaping innovative marketing strategies that captivate audiences? We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and foster meaningful engagement with our target audience. From spearheading digital marketing campaigns to crafting compelling collateral for new listings, your role will be integral to both our creative endeavors and essential administrative operations.

Compensation:
$54,000 - $62,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of resources for various marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and polished aesthetic across all collateral, including listing presentations and templated flyers.
- Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns from inception to analysis, encompassing ideation, implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Manage social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, overseeing content creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Coordinate online ads, print ads, and PR opportunities to maximize brand visibility and reach.
- Prepare listings for market launch, including crafting compelling public remarks, reviewing photography, and coordinating effective e-blasts.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of annual marketing initiatives and client nurturing plans, such as monthly birthday cards, email newsletters, and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights, assessing against objectives, and proposing actionable recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is a prerequisite.
