Job description
Wood County Hospital is now accepting applications for a Human Resources Business Partner. This position provides professional care and professional excellence by supporting the organization's overall human resources strategic strategies.
Job Duties:
- Partners with customer service groups to determine recruitment and retention plans.
- Researches, plans, organizes and conducts training programs for employees and management.
- Serves as consultant on employee relations issues.
- Administers Education Day, Leadership Forum.
- Leverage tools, data and resources available to make informed recommendations that support strategic human resources initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years' Human Resources experience required.
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare training/recruitment experience preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRMP-SCP) or PHR/SPRH preferred.
