Job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and help drive our fleet sales division to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, as well as a track record of success in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the fleet division
- Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure fleet sales opportunities
- Stay up-to date with industry trends and new fleet sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fleet sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, outgoing, energetic attitude
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Fantastic communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
