Job description

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional in the capital introduction and alternative investments sector, who brings a wealth of experience and a solid network of institutional investors and allocators. If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, collaborating with skilled sales teams, and driving the distribution and growth of alternative investments, we invite you to explore an exciting leadership role within our dynamic team.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development: Drive asset under management (AUM) growth across our suite of alternative investment solutions. Engage closely with portfolio managers and sales teams to pinpoint and pursue high-potential prospects.
Relationship Building: Leverage your established connections and our network to initiate leads, engage potential clients, and conduct impactful sales presentations.
Collaborative Engagement: Work alongside our dedicated sales, marketing, and relationship management teams to craft and execute engagement strategies, enhancing our market presence and client satisfaction.
Market Insight: Utilize your expertise to gather and analyze market data, identifying trends and opportunities that will guide our sales and product development strategies.

What You Bring to the Team:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA and/or CFA being highly preferred.
Over 12 years of proven experience in capital introduction within the alternatives space, ideally from a hedge fund, asset management firm, or related field.
Established relationships with institutional investors and a keen understanding of investor needs across various asset classes.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, persuasive pitches.
A collaborative spirit, eager to work within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
Required certifications include FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63.
A willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
