Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Emergency Medicine PA - Physician Assistant Family Practice | Rural Health with ER and Hospitalist Coverage (Critical Access) Central Montana (Great Falls) Loan Repayment NHSC eligible Location (New Grads with EMT | ER RN Considered)

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to work in a rural health clinic setting 3 days per week and one weekend per month as well with ER coverage rotated equally with the other Providers. The Provider would join two full-time Providers overseen by the Physician and Medical Director. The Provider would work in the RHC and see typically 15-18 patients per day in the clinic and approximately 2-3 patients per shift in the ER. The provider would enjoy a full-service lab as well as X-Ray and CT capabilities. The Provider would need to secure ATLS and ACLS once employed by the hospital. A competitive compensation package is offered with a base salary of $115,000- $120,000+ (Depending upon experience), additional shifts over 3|days per week paid at $70 per hour. $5,000 signing bonus in exchange for a two year commitment and a relocation allowance of $5,000 (reimbursed with receipts). Providers that have student loans the Provider would be able to apply through the NHSC due to the hospitals HRSA rating. This is a separate application with the Federal Government but if awarded the Provider would receive $25,000 per year paid directly to their Federally qualified student loans (Minimum of a two year commitment required in exchange for $50,000). Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K with PTO and paid holidays. The larger towns (Great Falls and Billings are convenient to this location). Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000+ annual salary for 0-4 years of experience.

$130,000 annual salary for 5+ years of experience.

Holiday pay is $60 per hour - Holidays are rotated amongst providers

Additional shifts over and above 3 days in clinic, 1 weeknight ER call coverage and 1 weekend a month paid at $70|hr.

Up to $5000 in Performance Incentive Compensation if achieved
