Junior Commercial Loan Officer

Competitive Base + Commission + Profit Sharing

We are looking for an abitious Junior Commercial Loan Officer that wants to join a growing company specializing in Conventional and SBA loans. This position is is for someone that loves business development and working with numbers. This is an entry-level position for someone that wants to grow in the Commercial Loan profession. As you produce, you will be invested in to continue and expidite your growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review loan applications.
• Develop new business through relationship building.
• Generate leads with Realtors, CPAs, and others.
• Networking.
• Writing Sales proposals.
• Build onto existing or creating new social media.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

• Financial literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Fincance, Accounting, or Business is preferred, but not as important as high energy and determination.
• Experience with commercial loans averaging $1MM is a plus.
• Familiarity with Conventional Commercial and/or SBA loans is also a plus.
• Demonstrate personal responsibilities.
• Agree to a backgrond check.
• Willingness to be mentored.
