Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2024! Our Compensation Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Human Resources.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
- Exposure to Compensation responsibilities and duties-“day in the life”
- Assist with current job description project.
- Learn components and significance of job descriptions for talent acquisition, compensation, and compliance.
- Partner with HR to facilitate completion of job descriptions.
- Leverage technology to link job descriptions to various HR systems.
Minimum Education
- Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Human Resources Management and Finance majors preferred.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Experience Requirements
- Must be proficient Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
- Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
Experience Preferred
- 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
- Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senior who has strong excel, power pivot skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
