Job description

Position: DPM - Deployment Project Manager
Location - Toronto, Canada (onsite only)

Mandatory Skills:

12+ years working experience in Design and Deployment of a project
Railway domain experience is mandatory
Signaling Installation / Railway systems
Should be able to understand the electrical designs
To be able to supervise procurement activities in the project (Metro line)
Experience in Testing & Commissioning (TnC)
Approves the site test and acceptance activities created by IVQ, if required due to the absence of a T&C Manager.
Plans and conducts Deployment Reviews with internal teams and with the customer
P&L Management
Possesses strong Bid Management skills (Costing, Analysis, Estimation)
Logical approach to problem solving.
Persuasive powers & able to remain calm under crisis.
Ability to motivate and deliver results.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven Project management skills
