Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. ECS’s Tactial Aircraft (TACAIR) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager 1 to join the Eagle Passive / Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) team. The program manager will support the growing EPAWSS production portfolio.
Experience & Skills:
- Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or collection of projects.
- Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
- Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop program/project plans specifying goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, risks and contingency plans.
- Direct program activities to meet work objectives and serves as a liaison with customers to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
- Identify and mitigate risks and document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements.
- Communicate with all levels of BAE Systems senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.
- Manage program scope and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes.
Threshold Qualifications:
- US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve SAP/SAR.
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- Minimum 5 year of Defense Industry experience.
- Program management experience or managing multiple contract awards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Master of Science and/or MBA.
- PMP certifications.
- Minimum 7 year of Defense Industry experience.
- Experience on Production programs
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
