Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate with 6-8 years of patent litigation experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or a related field. USPTO and NJ bar required. This firm was founded before the civil war, has over 300 attorneys with five US offices and one overseas. Firm has more than 20 practice areas including advertising law; antitrust; bankruptcy and restructuring; broker-dealer; corporate; employee benefits and executive compensation; environmental law; financial institutions; government contracts; government relations and public policy; homeland security; intellectual property; international trade; labor and employment; litigation; private clients; products liability; real estate; site selection; tax; telecommunications; and white collar crime.
