Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $145,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team
- Manage calendars, coordinate meeting logistics, and prepare/update presentations
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain a secure filing system and database to ensure all information is organized and easily accessible
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs
- Familiarity with automation processes and technologies
