A leading professional networking company is seeking an FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis) . The successful candidate will a ssist with month-end or quarter-end financial close processes, including GL reconciliations and accruals. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of financial analysis experience. The company offers a great work environment!
FP&A Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45-$60/hr
- Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Mountain View, CA 94041, Ideally candidates will report on a hybrid model to the Mountain View office, Open to fully remote candidates located in California, Oregon and Washington state)

- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:
- Financial Close Processes: Assist with month-end or quarter-end financial close processes, including GL reconciliations and accruals.
- Headcount/Position Management: Opening/closing, freezing/unfreezing, position edits, headcount reconciliation and upkeep, etc.
- Headcount and P&L reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting/dashboarding assistance for tracking metrics for headcount, external resources, computer expenses, discretionary expenses, etc.
- Financial System maintenance: Update and maintain system hierarchies to reflect the latest business and FP&A needs.
- Documentation of processes.
- Ad hoc financial analysis and projects assigned.
FP&A Analyst Qualifications:
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience working with Workday and Position Management tooling.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials.
- Analytical background working directly in an FP&A environment modeling costs and expenses.
- Understanding of accounting theory and practice (e.g. company capitalization policies and proper expense timing).
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Demonstrated communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, interpersonal and systems skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
