Job description

The Horseshoe Cafe is looking for a self-motivated and hard working weekend/graveyard dishwasher with the ability to be a team player in a sometimes difficult and fast-paced work environment. Position is part time and a current food handlers permit is required. Our menu consists of: breakfast food, burgers, hot sandwiches, salads, nachos, and a variety of fried food.

The ideal candidate will have:

• available nights, weekends, and some holidays
• able to lift 50lbs
• an upbeat and positive attitude
• works well as a team.

Set Schedule : Friday and Saturday nights 10pm-4:30am + sunday nights on monday holidays + holidays (not Thanksgiving or Christmas)

Compensation: The job is $16.28 an hour. Daily cash tips of $2-4 extra an hour.

• After 90 days probational period you will get a performance assessment which may result in a raise depending on a performance.
• All positions include a floating paid day off, $100 wellness bonus, free shift meals, and discounts when you are not working.
• Full time employees also receive vacation time and a monthly stipend for bus pass, cell phone costs, etc.
