Job description
SOUTH FLORIDA, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Amazing family is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER who is a self-starter and can be flexible with their schedule. The children are in school during the day, ages 6 and 4.
Hours are 12 pm - 9 pm, Sunday - Thursday, OR Tuesday - Saturday, guaranteeing 2 consecutive days off. The schedule will change, but there is a family assistant who communicates the schedule and changes in advance. The family will guarantee 45 hours/week.
Candidates need to be willing to travel with the family to their second home and various vacations. For vacation travel, the family will pay a daily $50 Per Diem and $150 travel stipend.
Duties include caring for the children, keeping them on task, assisting with homework, grocery runs, assisting with cooking, laundry for the children/family, and driving the children from school and to activities. A candidate with a background in elementary education is a bonus.
Both parents work outside the home but are involved when they are home. Mom would like a nanny who is comfortable with household management duties while the mom assists and cares for the children. The job is truly about balancing care for the children and household with the parents. There is a dog in the home that may need to be let out, walked, and fed.
The family will require an NDA to be signed. Tdap and Flu vaccines are preferred. No Covid vaccine preference at this time. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $40/hr+ gross based on experience.
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
