Job description
We are seeking a Customer Service / Scheduler with Excellent Computer and Communication Skills.
The Customer Service / Scheduler will Schedule Service Appointments, Act as Cashier, and Coordinate between Customers and the Service Team.

Responsibilities
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure
- Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience with DealerTrack or Xtime Systems, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Clean driving record
