The Opportunity
Under the guidance of the Manager, Operations Finance, you will support the Business Planning and Analysis group by assisting with operational budgeting, analysis, and budget / forecast variance reporting activities. You are responsible for providing the US Transportation group with holistic, actionable and timely business performance analyses, insights and recommendations. The Analyst will have regular touch points with the US Transportation group in addition to being tightly integrated across Finance and Strategy.
The position can be performed in West Chester, PA or St. Petersburg, FL. And is hybrid-remote

Your Impact
Influence and inform the US Transportation group as a trusted insights provider.
Focus on critical business functions/drivers and provide data support to quantify trends and influences that are affecting business unit operations. Present results to Finance Manager and other Operations leaders.
Compile/aggregate insights over time to provide a longitudinal business performance perspective over weeks, months, quarters and years.
Develop a strong partnership with the US Transportation group to provide trusted commentary.
Provide reliable ad hoc analysis, topical deep dives (concise, relevant retrospectives), custom and standard recaps to clients including business thought leadership.
Demonstrate knowledge of business unit operations and key drivers.
Develop standard input and reporting templates to enable management reports and dashboards.
What You Bring
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters, CMA, and/or CPA preferred
2+ years' experience in corporate finance, business analysis or equivalent experience.
Analytical skills and financial modeling
Experience preparing annual budgets and forecasts
Proficiency in Excel required
Knowledge of analytics tools like Anaplan and Tableau
Knowledge of financial management processes and accounting standard
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
